All our services take place online. Therefore, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of our clients' and students' personal information. By using our online tutoring services, you as the client consent to the collection, usage, and disclosure of your information as described below.
Information Collection & Usage:
- We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, academic background, as well as any information you choose to share with us about the student’s specific learning needs and outcomes.
- We use the above information to provide the student with personalized tutoring sessions that are tailored to their specific learning needs and outcomes.
Information Disclosure:
- Information collected may be shared with the student’s assigned tutor(s) to facilitate personalized instruction.
What We Protect:
- All information that is collected to provide the student with an effective and personalized tutoring experience.
- All online meetings and correspondence between the student and their tutor(s).
- Any files sent or notes taken by either the student or their tutor(s).
Your Rights:
- You have the right to access, update, or delete stored personal information at any time in your account.
- You have the right to express any concern about our information collection, usage, or disclosure.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, and we are happy to accommodate both cancellation and rescheduling requests as per the guidelines listed below.
Cancellation by Client/Student:
- You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled tutoring session in your account anytime before 48 hours of the scheduled session.
- You cannot cancel or reschedule a scheduled tutoring session within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
Cancellation by Tutor:
- In the rare event that the student’s assigned tutor is unable to conduct a scheduled tutoring session, we will make every effort to provide a substitute tutor. If a substitute tutor is unavailable, we will reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for the student.
Refunds:
- If you cancel a tutoring session that is not part of a package, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the session (subject to transaction fees).
- You will not receive a refund for a cancelled tutoring session that is part of a package.
- In the event a tutoring session cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the session (subject to transaction fees).
Missed Session:
- If the student misses a tutoring session, you will not be permitted to reschedule the missed session.
- If the student fails to attend their scheduled tutoring session within the first 15 minutes, it will be considered a missed session.

Tutoring Service Policy
We outline below our expectations and guidelines for appropriate conduct when using our tutoring services.
Code of Conduct:
- Arrive on time prepared with any materials necessary for the session.
- Notify the student’s tutor in advance if you anticipate any delays or changes.
- All interactions between tutor(s) and students are expected to be courteous and respectful.
Academic Honesty:
- The student should avoid copying or using someone else’s ideas or work without proper acknowledgment.
- Our tutoring services should not be used for completing assignments or tests.
- Honesty and transparency is important for each tutoring session to be effective.
